Rollout to approximately 800 RMs began in February 2026, with plans to extend coverage to all 3,500 corporate RMs firmwide.

Here’s how it works: upstream sub-agents gather and structure data — client financials, sector trends, and Mizuho’s product catalog — and pass it to presence.ai, which produces presentation-ready slides that fully comply with Mizuho’s brand templates, color palette, and charting standards. Importantly, all charts are rendered as native PowerPoint objects, so RMs can fine-tune figures or styling on the fly. The result is a seamless handoff between AI-generated content and human judgment.

Impact

Mizuho FG has set ambitious targets for RM Studio: cut pre-meeting prep time by 50%, triple client touchpoints, and double visit volume. Automated proposal generation through presence.ai is central to hitting those numbers — freeing RMs to focus on higher-value activities like deepening client relationships and sharpening advisory insights. Over time, the platform is also expected to accelerate junior RM development by embedding proven proposal frameworks that the entire organization can learn from and build on.
